The old course at Lahinch Golf Club was redesigned by Alister Mackenzie in 1927, and is a visual stunner.  There isn't a mundane shot on the entire golf course, and your jaw will often drop at the Atlantic Views.  Undulating fairways, heavily guarded greens and blind shots are among Lahinch's many challenges.  Lahinch has always been one of the most beloved courses in the world, and with the recent enhancement it stands on level with Ballybunion and County Down as Ireland's finest.

The Lodge Doonbeg













Doonbeg Golf Club offically opened in 2002 and was designated as Golf Digest's - "Best New International Course" in 2010.  In 2010 it also held the prestigious title of European Golf Resort of the Year which was awarded by the IAGTO.  Two-time British Open Champion Greg Norman is the course architect, selected for his incomparable design skill and his " least disturbance" philosophy of rotating courses to fit existing terrains.  The par-72 layout features a single loop of nine holes and nine back playing 6,885 yards from the back tees.

Walking & Cycling Tours













Clare is home to the Word Famous Burren Region.  This landscape covers over 100 square miles and is siuated in North Clare.  It is a visual stunner with a vast history of archaeological sites and flora only found in this region.  Centuries of weathering has produced a terrain of fissured limestone pavements, disappearing lakes, terraced mountains and underground cave systems.  From May to September the colors of the landscape change significantly as plants flower.  The sight of wild birdlife, mammals & butterflies add to this untouched habitat.
